meet Your Chiropractor
Dr. Erin is a chiropractor dedicated to helping her patients move and feel their best. Using an evidence-based approach, she goes beyond simple adjustments combining various soft tissue therapies, corrective exercises and lifestyle changes to address more than just the symptoms, but the underlying cause. With a commitment to continuous learning, Dr. Erin offers a wide range of treatment options to create a personalized plan for a diverse group of patients, including athletes, expectant mothers, weekend warriors, office workers and those living in chronic pain.
Dr. Erin holds advanced certifications in Active Release Technique, The Webster Technique, Nasal Release Technique and the Titleist Performance Institute.
When she's not in the clinic, you can find Dr. Erin on the pickelball court, the golf course, or on (or under) the sea in San Diego or somewhere tropical!

Dr. Sarah possesses extensive knowledge in diagnosing and treating musculoskeletal pain, orthopedic and sports injuries, as well as preventative rehab care for active patients. In her years of experience, she's had the opportunity to work with several D1 college athletes and players in the MLB and NFL.
